Unbonding and Harvesting fees

The fees that will be the result of Unbonding or Harvesting, will be payable by the user and will be split to the ratio of 30:70 between QuantumX Network and the Creator. For example, if the Unbonding fees are 1% of the total staked amount, then this amount will be split 30% to QuantumX Network and 70% to the Creator.
